My Review of The A-Team

I saw the A Team on the opening day, and i have to say that i was very pleasantly surprised by it. When i first saw the poster, i saw all the people playing the characters, i thought that it looked like absolute shit. Now, I myself have only watched a few episodes of the original A-Team, i wasn't a huge fan of it. Now when i saw the movie, I walked out thinking it was a good movie. To start off, Liam Neeson is playing Hannibal, Bradley Cooper is playing Face, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson is playing B.A. Baracus, and Sharlito Copley is playing Murdock. Now besides Sharlito Copley i've seen all of the other actors in other movies or fights in Jackson's case. Now to the movie, it starts off in the Mexican desert and you see Hannibal in a chair being beaten by Mexican men. I'll try not to ruin the plot but he breaks out and goes off to save Face, on the way we see B.A. going to get his baby back. By baby, i mean his van. He beats some guys up and gets it back. Then he meets up with Hannibal and they go off to save Face. After all of the team meet up, it skips ahead a few years and the team has been proven to be a great undercover team for the US government. Now i won't keep going with the plot because that would take up way too much space, so i'll go straight to the review. The actors performances were all great. The real highlight is Copley's performance as Murdock. He does the crazy and wild actions of Murdock perfectly. The weakest performance in my opinion was of Jackson as B.A. . But really, trying to do as good of a job as Mr. T is very hard. Now i'm not saying that it was a bad performance, but in comparison to the other actors, it was the weakest. The best thing about the movie, is that it doesn't take itself seriously, from the team flying a tank, to the whole ending of the movie. It was a great summer movie, that won't give you any information, but it will excite the hell out of you.
